I have comet to believe that through our pain or infirmities, Heavenly Father is
trying to communicate with us. There is a lesson to learn in all life
experience, including illness and disease.
Whether it’s something that you have done to yourself through choices or something that “just happened” to you, it doesn’t matter. I still believe all of us are being taught valuable lessons; we just need to listen.
It could be a call to “get our house (body) in order”. It could be your body saying, ” slow down” because you didn’t listen to other signs preceded. It could also be related to releasing toxins ( both physical or emotional) from the body. Strangely, it could also be an answer to a prayer. ( I won’t explain here but I know this was the case for me at least twice) In any case, I still believe it’s a way for us to turn more fully to God, to be humble, to prompt us to become more educated on health and wellness, to become more in tune with our bodies, and to recognize God in our lives. It could also be about loving ourselves more completely. In fact, I feel sure that purpose is partnered with turning to God.
Sometimes our pain or intensity of sickness is
calling to us and begging us to acknowledge and Seek Him… other times it could be
a test of faith and endurance. It is our privilege to be able to study things out, do our homework concerning whatever issue we have and then take it to Heavenly Father in prayer to help us discern truth. Whatever it is… there is always a truth to be
sought out and learned. Each person has
the opportunity to discover this for themselves.
are creators of our life! Many of us just accept that all things just happen to
us, rather than us choosing how to process, manage and take a proactive
approach to life experiences.
