Maybe you’re like me. I sometimes feel a strange unidentified unsettled feeling inside. It’s lasted for a couple days. Fortunately, I have an appointment with myself, every Monday morning, for emotional healing through Energy Balancing with Faith.
As I did this emotional- energy work on myself today, feelings of self-betrayal, disconnect from my true self and resisting receiving God’s love and Christ’s offering of grace, showed up. (GX Assist, Geranium)
Why? Well, I already felt a sense of knowing, but needed to intentionally face the truth.
I haven’t been eating very well. My choice of food consumption has been less than clean. This causes poor sleep results too because of the imbalances in my gut. I’ve been overly accommodating with others, putting their wants and needs over my own – which sounds very noble doesn’t it?! This also causes imbalances in my gut – emotional imbalances due to self-betrayal and disconnection from my own needs.
Essentially, I’ve disconnected from giving myself my own self love and from receiving divine love.
I have learned on a deep spiritual and temporal level how eating poor quality sugar filled foods affect my ability to receive divine guidance and direction. I know the value of maintaining a clear cleansed “vessel”. I feel the difference, emotionally, spiritually and physically.
What a blessing it is that divine love is always calling to us, even if its through our pains and trials! Even if its through the realization that my Ego mind and appetites has taken over. Divine love has no bounds – it reaches us in whatever way it can. Through discomfort, discontent and dis-ease.
As I worked through this, the dark clouds and disconnect begin to lift and understanding came; The blessings of growth don’t always come without trials. Our pains have a purpose and that purpose is progress. It’s why we can learn to appreciate them instead of fighting against them. (Spikenard)
Resistance just creates more resistance. So, I chose to stop beating myself up for my lack of self-love. I chose to tap into the truth of God’s love and the grace Christ offers me. I chose to change my beliefs of, “not enough” and a need to “self-punish”. I chose to see that introspection and self-evaluation are always available to me – for my highest good! I chose to CHANGE! This is the truth of repentance. In the words of Maya Angelo, “As we learn better we can do better”. The voice we choose to listen to most, matters—- the world / Ego mind or our loving God/spiritually mature mind.
With God- we can develop a stronger sense of self and personal integrity. (Coriander)
Surrendering to the pain/discomfort allows it to pass through us as we choose to let go of false beliefs and patterns of the past is freeing! (Deep Blue Polyphenol) We can realize that the greater light, love and healing available to us will always clear a pathway to peace, power and joy.
Many just don’t know how to do this or what they’re even looking for to fully resolve these emotional energies and residual physical imbalances.
I am so grateful I do.
God has given us the tools of Essential Oils and Energy Balancing with Faith. We can recognize, repent and change. We can tap into the voice of the divine and align ourselves to God’s voice of eternal Love!
